1.Children having atleast two primary carious lesions involving enamel on contralateral teeth
2. Occlusal pit and fissure caries involving enamel on first permanent molars with ICDAS II scores 2 and 3
3. Children with Frankelâ??s positive and definitely positive behavior
1.Teeth with multi-surface caries and carious lesions involving dentin
2.Children with respiratory disorders
3.Dust allergies or allergy to materials used in this trail
4.Psychological and neurologic diseases
5.Children with special health care needs
6.Uncooperative children with Frankelâ??s negative and definitely negative behavior
