benign, chronic back pain > 6 month
doctors referral to pain management program
no Red Flags
voluntary participation
Exclusion Criteria
Tumor, fracture, infection
specific pain (radiculopathy) or pain less then 6 month
difficulty with german language in writing and spreaking
