1.Clinical diagnosis of localized Millerâ??s class I or class II gingival recession-type defect.
2.Availability of individual patient data (baseline and final measurements) for inclusion in the statistic model to integrate.
3Treatment teeth located in the esthetic zone, including incisors, canines, and premolars in the maxillary arch. Absence of clinical signs of periodontal disease (CAL <3mm).
4.Full-mouth bleeding score <25% (four sites).
5.Identifiable CEJ in the experimental sites. If the CEJ was not identifiable at the treated lesion, we used the CEJ of the contralateral/homologous tooth. If the contralateral CEJ was absent, the CEJ of adjacent teeth was considered.
1.History of mucogingival or periodontal plastic surgery in the selected site.
2.Teeth with prosthetic crown or restoration.
3.Systemic conditions that would alter the treatment outcome.
