Women with natural menopause
At least one year after amenorrhea
Women with researcher-diagnosed panic disorder (psychiatrist) based on diagnosis criteria (DSM-IV)
Sufficient literacy to complete the questionnaire or accompany a literate person in the family
Age minimum 40 years and maximum 60 years
Abuse of tobacco and alcohol
The occurrence of a stressful event (such as divorce, death of a first-degree family member, diagnosis of a terminal or incurable disease for a family member within the last three months, and job loss)
Systemic disorders (such as cardiovascular, diabetes, asthma, digestive, liver, blood, endocrine)
Taking antidepressants (such as antihistamines, barbiturates, narcotics, diazepam, amphetamines, and cocaine)

Name Time Method Panic attack. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 4 weeks after the start of consumption. Method of measurement: Panic Disorder Severity Scale – Self Report Form (PDSS-SR).

Name Time Method Depression score. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 4 weeks after the start of consumption. Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory short form.
