入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patients with biopsy proven rectal carcinoma stages II & III receiving either short-course or long-course of radiotherapy will be included in this study.
- •2.Patients with ECOG performance status 0 to 3.
- •3.Absolute granulocyte count more than 2000/mm3.
- •4.Platelet count greater than 100,000/mm3.
- •5.Renal function tests and Liver function tests are within normal limits.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with metastatic disease on diagnostic imaging during the course of study.
- •2.Patients with previous history of radiotherapy& treatment for GIT malignancy & history of chemotherapy.
- •3.Patients with history of treatment for any malignancy.
- •4.Associated serious medical illness like xerodermapigmentosa, renal failure, cardiac failure, hepatic failure.
- •5.Not giving consent.
