Females aged between 18 and 25 years
Regular menstrual cycle with cycle duration between 28±7days for last 3 months
Menstrual pain rated as 3 or more in a Visual analog scale score for pain at the time of screening
A diagnosis of PD as per the Primary dysmenorrhea consensus guidelines
Participants with any known history of any systemic pathology or known medical history of any gynecological diseases
Known case of secondary dysmenorrhea
Participants who are using oral contraceptive pills or under any other hormonal therapies for the past 3 months.
Known cases of psychiatric illness
