(1) Those who met the diagnostic criteria of chronic spontaneous urticaria in EAACI/GA2LEN/EDF/WAO Urticaria Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2017 edition) and China Urticaria Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2014 edition);
(2) Age = 18 years =70 years;
(3) No antihistamines were used within 2 weeks before entering the study, and no steroids or immunosuppressive drugs were used within 1 month;
(4) Not participating in other ongoing clinical investigators;
(5) Sign informed consent to participate in this project voluntarily.
Note: Patients who meet the above 5 criteria at the same time can be included in this study.
(1) People with unclear consciousness, unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms and mental patients;
(2) Progressive malignant tumor or other serious wasting disease, easy to be complicated with infection and bleeding;
(3) complicated with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestive and hematopoietic systems;
(4) Pregnant women and lactating women.
Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria are excluded.
