- •All adult patients ( \>18 years of age) who are clinically suspected and radiologically confirmed (chest x ray or/and CT scan thorax) with lung abscess and empyema
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient who will not give consent, HIV infected cases, Patients \<18 years of age, Pregnant women
