- •Students who give their assent and parents informed consent
- •Both male and female students , who can read English, hindi, Marathi

- •Students with any neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory disease
- •Who are not able to follow the instructions regarding skipping or brain gym exercises
- •Colour blindness (Ishihara chart)
