Inclusion Criteria

Taking antidepressants for at least 6 weeks before the start of the study
Controlling the symptoms of the disorder for which they take antidepressants
Having sexual side effects after starting antidepressants
Obtaining a total score above 19 according to the Arizona Sexual Experiences scale
Not suffering from underlying diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure, etc.

Exclusion Criteria

Unwillingness to complete all study phases
Taking or receiving other treatment methods for sexual side effects
The presence of suicidal thoughts or symptoms of psychosis
