3.Fulfilling ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence
4.Patient suitable for out-patient treatment
5.Patient consenting to participate in study
1.Presence of significant medical comorbidity requiring/undergoing treatment (as assessed by through physical examination and routine laboratory screening)
2.Presence of another co existing major psychiatric disorder
3.Presence of another drug abuse except nicotine
4.Hypersensitivity to any of these drugs
