Lumbar stenosis between L2-S1 level in Degenerative Group. Diagnosis by
1. History of radiculopathic pain , muscle weakness , Back pain with Failed conservative Treatment or Progressive neuro deficit
2. Physical examination were detected weakness of key motor muscle and decrease sensation test (dermatome)
3. MRI LS spine was detected Stenosis of Lumbar spine level
1.Tuberculosis/Bacterial Spine infection , Trauma and spine metastasis
2.Patient with upper Gastrointestinal bleeding
3. Renal insufficiency (GFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m2) , Liver cirrhosis
4. Poor controlled Diabetes mellitus
5. allergic to Glucocorticoids drug
6. intake some Glucocorticoids drug (IV ,IM , Oral) in 1 month before surgery
7. Recent systemic infection
8. Refuse to participate in research
