(1) Diagnosed as primary open-angle glaucoma;
(2) TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to Jueyin disease Wumei Pill syndrome;
(3) Age 18 to 80 years old;
(4) 24h intraocular pressure fluctuation range =8mmHg;
(5) The corrected visual acuity of both eyes is greater than or equal to 0.1, and there are no other eye diseases and drugs (such as ocular trauma, retinal diseases, hormones, etc.) that may cause increased intraocular pressure and other factors that may increase the error of intraocular pressure measurement (leukoplakia, proptosis, etc.) Wait);
(6) Be able to understand and be willing to receive treatment in accordance with the research protocol, and be able to follow-up consultations as required;
(7) Sign the informed consent.
(1) Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
(2) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, serious diseases such as liver and kidney, hematopoietic system, and mental illness;
(3) Pregnant or lactating women;
