Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Gynecologic patients undergoing exploratomy laparotomy with spinal anesthesia such as total abdominal hysterectomy, salpingo\-oophorectomy. Patients is not diagnostic cancer.
- •2\. Age from 18\-65 years
- •3\. ASA class I\-II
- •4\. Elective surgical case
- •5\. In gynecologic patients receive spinal block alone.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients history of lung disease
- •2\. Patients history of any cardiovascular disease,End Stage Renal Disease
- •3\. Smoking
- •4\.Non pregnancy
- •5\.BMI \< 30
- •6\.History of cardiovascular surgery,abdominal surgery,
- •7\. History of abnormal chest wall ,Scoliosis,Kyphosis
- •8\. History of Anti\-psychotic drug, Regular sedative drug use
