Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Gynecologic patients undergoing exploratomy laparotomy with spinal anesthesia such as total abdominal hysterectomy, salpingo\-oophorectomy. Patients is not diagnostic cancer.
  • 2\. Age from 18\-65 years
  • 3\. ASA class I\-II
  • 4\. Elective surgical case
  • 5\. In gynecologic patients receive spinal block alone.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients history of lung disease
  • 2\. Patients history of any cardiovascular disease,End Stage Renal Disease
  • 3\. Smoking
  • 4\.Non pregnancy
  • 5\.BMI \< 30
  • 6\.History of cardiovascular surgery,abdominal surgery,
  • 7\. History of abnormal chest wall ,Scoliosis,Kyphosis
  • 8\. History of Anti\-psychotic drug, Regular sedative drug use
