Inclusion Criteria
legal age and Achilles tendinopathy > 3months
Exclusion Criteria
pregnancy, no legal age, underweight (BMI <17), overweight (BMI >35), usage of cortisone and injections in the last 6 months, pre-surgery, planned invasive treatment options like operations at the Achilles tendon. MRI contraindications (claustrophobia, big metall implants, pacemakers)

Name Time Method post 6 months<br>Pain scores (VISA-A Score, AOFAS Score, Likert Scale, Roles and Maudesly Score)<br>B-Mode: tendon thickness, hypoechogenity , calzification, morphology (spindle-shape etc.), echo pattern<br>Power Doppler: Öhberg Score<br>SWE (ShearWave Elastography): mean SWE-Werte (Ins. + mid-portion)<br>UTC (Ultrasound Tissue charcaterization): percental distribution of echo types<br>MRi: tendon thickness, hyperintensity percental and local, calcification, Bursa subachillea, Haglund Exostosis, ruptur, partialruptur, morphology (spindle-shaped etc.)<br>
