入选标准
- •Minimum Age of 18 years
- •- Periodontitis patients
- •- at least on intrabony defect with a intraosseous part of 3 mm on a single rooted tooth or a smooth surface of a multi-root tooth without furcation involvement
- •-good oral hygiene - under 25% Plaque after non-surgical therapy
排除标准
- •- Sign of an acute infection
- •- Previous surgical intervention in the planned operating area
- •- Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (HbA1c> 7)
- •- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- •- Patients with a known allergy to collagen
- •- Long-term cortisone therapy
- •- Autoimmune diseases
- •- Radiation in the operating area
- •- Unhealed malignant systemic diseases (e.g. leukemia, carcinomas, etc.)
