Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Minimum Age of 18 years
- •\- Periodontitis patients
- •\- at least on intrabony defect with a intraosseous part of 3 mm on a single rooted tooth or a smooth surface of a multi\-root tooth without furcation involvement
- •\-good oral hygiene \- under 25% Plaque after non\-surgical therapy
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Sign of an acute infection
- •\- Previous surgical intervention in the planned operating area
- •\- Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (HbA1c\> 7\)
- •\- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- •\- Patients with a known allergy to collagen
- •\- Long\-term cortisone therapy
- •\- Autoimmune diseases
- •\- Radiation in the operating area
- •\- Unhealed malignant systemic diseases (e.g. leukemia, carcinomas, etc.)
