Minimum Age of 18 years
- Periodontitis patients
- at least on intrabony defect with a intraosseous part of 3 mm on a single rooted tooth or a smooth surface of a multi-root tooth without furcation involvement
-good oral hygiene - under 25% Plaque after non-surgical therapy
- Sign of an acute infection
- Previous surgical intervention in the planned operating area
- Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (HbA1c> 7)
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Patients with a known allergy to collagen
- Long-term cortisone therapy
- Autoimmune diseases
- Radiation in the operating area
- Unhealed malignant systemic diseases (e.g. leukemia, carcinomas, etc.)
