Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing orthopedic procedures and being given general anesthesia
Patients able to understand this study, and able to agree by themselves
Exclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing epidural anesthesia, iv-PCA, or nerve block anesthesia
Patients who have peptic ulcer, renal dysfunction(serum creatinine: male>1.5 female>1.2), who has been angina, cardiac infarction, or heart failure.
Patients who cannot understand VAS score
