Inclusion Criteria: diagnosis of mood disorder according to DSM IV TR criteria by a psychiatrist. Exclusion Cirteria: Patients with Hypersensetivity to celecoxib or other NSAIDs, Patients with rheumatologic disease, Organic Brain Syndrome, Severe Medical Conditions (cardiovascular disorders, hepatic, renal, respiratory, gasterointestinal), diabetes, patients undegoing treatment with of other NSAIDs or corticosteroides, receiving ECT in the past 2 months, hearing or talking problem and pregnanant patients were excluded.
