This study investigates the comparative effects of repeated sprint training with Blood Flow Restriction (BFRT) versus traditional sprint training on two key performance metrics in football players: anaerobic power and sprinting capacity.
Participants were divided into two groups:group A for 15 players and group B 15 players, group A performed repeated sprints with BFRT, and group B FOR without.Both groups underwent similar sprint training protocols over 4 week period.Performance outcomes were measured using standardized tests such as the Wingate or Katch test for power and sprint tests (e.g., 30m sprint or shuttle sprint) for speed capacity
