- •Patients with newly diagnosed primary brain tumors
- •Brain tumors that show enhancement in MRI and are similar in appearance to the characteristic shape of glioblastoma.

- •Patients who have received chemotherapy or radiation therapy as previous treatments
- •Cases where the participant is unable to read the consent form (e.g., illiteracy, foreigners, etc.)
