Inclusion Criteria
well-trained female game sport athletes (soccer, handball, basketball, hockex, racquet sports), at least two organized training sessions per week, active participation in competitions
Exclusion Criteria
- fractures of the lower extremity in the last 6 months
– major surgical procedures on the lower extremities in the last 6 months
(e.g. anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction)
– neurological diseases or disorders of the vestibular or visual system that
could influence motor performance
