Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patient reporting to the 1\)Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry ,MARDC
  • •and 2\) Kids Dental Corner, Pune ,Maharashtra, India during Jan 2015 to Jan 2021
  • •2\.Primary and young permanent teeth already treated with NeoMTA And Biodentine
  • •during endodontic therapy.
  • •3\.Cases with at least a 1\-year follow\-up with adequate preoperative, intraoperative, and
  • •postoperative data including radiographs.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients not willing to be a part of the study
  • •2\.No adequate preoperative and postoperative data

Evaluation of Endodontic treatment outcome for the Maxillary First Molars with and without operating microscope using Cone Beam Computed Tomography: Randomized Clinical Trialthis trial is conducted on mature first maxillary molars with the diagnosis of carious involvement of the pulp, with apical periodontitis, that show periapical change (radiographic PDL space widening, radiolucency) with/without Schneiderian membrane epithelium thickening on preoperative CBCT scan. Age range of patients to be included in the study is (18-65) years.CBCT, Operating Microscope, maxillary first molars, second mesiobuccal canal, Schneider membrane epithelium .
