入选标准
- •Teeth diagnosed with Periapical lesion of category A B and C according to Kim and Kratchman
- •Teeth with prior endodontic treatment, patients with less time and with radiographic presence of apical periodontitis
- •Patients agreeing for a preoperative and 1 year post operative CBCT scans
- •Lesion size less than 5mm
- •Absence of fenestration of the buccal cortical plate
排除标准
- •Teeth with fractures horizontal or vertical
- •Teeth with immature apices
- •Teeth with periodontal involvement Endo Perio
- •Patients with any systemic diseases
- •Teeth with mobility greater than class I
- •Poor restorability
- •Insufficient coronal restoration
- •Patients who Are unable to provide informed consent
