入选标准
- •Teeth have endodontic indications of minimum 18 years old patients. Patient agree to participate in study.
排除标准
- •Teeth have had endodontic treatment already. Teeth have deformed root, calcified canal, periodontal pocket depth greater than 3 mm. Teeth have open apex, root fracture or resorption. Apical lesion have diameter greater than 10 mm on X-ray film. Patient who use pain reliever drug before treatment within 24 hours. Pregnant, severe diabetes, facial pain not caused by teeth patients.
