Inclusion Criteria
Teeth have endodontic indications of minimum 18 years old patients. Patient agree to participate in study.
Exclusion Criteria
Teeth have had endodontic treatment already. Teeth have deformed root, calcified canal, periodontal pocket depth greater than 3 mm. Teeth have open apex, root fracture or resorption. Apical lesion have diameter greater than 10 mm on X-ray film. Patient who use pain reliever drug before treatment within 24 hours. Pregnant, severe diabetes, facial pain not caused by teeth patients.
