1. Age < 80 years-old 2. Diagnosed as Parkinson's disease or Parkinsonism 3. Receive treatment at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital 4. No adjustment or changes of Parkinson's disease medications within 1 month prior from the beginning of the study 5. Timed Up and Go test > 12 seconds 6. FOG symptoms (UDPRS - part II item 14 at least 2 scores) 7. Freezing of Gait with abnormal 360 degree turn test in ON state 8. Can communicate with the researchers 9. Consent to participate in the study
1. Has symptoms of other diseases that can hinder the gait 2. has medical conditions that are not suitable for vibration at the sternum 3. has uncontrolled psychiatric symptoms 4. Takes other medications that can hinder the gait 5. participates in other study that might hinder the gait at the same period of this study
