Inclusion Criteria

Patients with skin metastases or recurrent tumors from
breast cancer, for whom neither surgery nor conventional fractionated
fractionated radiotherapy is an appropriate or effective option.

Exclusion Criteria

Intolerance to local anesthetics, pregnancy, lack of capacity to consent.
