Inclusion Criteria

  • The inclusion criteria were undergoing trans radial coronary angiography, undergoing coronary angiography for the first time, aging 30-70 years, having no cognitive, behavioral, and verbal disorders, having the ability to speak, having the physical ability to attend the training session, and being willing to cooperate.

Exclusion Criteria

  • The exclusion criteria were co-administration of coronary angioplasty and having the history of receiving anti-anxiety and anti-depression drugs.
