1.Patients of either sex above 15 years of age
2.Two or more episodes of vertigo or dizziness, each lasting 20 minutes to 24 hours.
3.Fluctuating aural symptoms (hearing, tinnitus or fullness) in the affected ear.
1.All other vesibular causes like Vestibular paroxysmia, Vestibular migraine, Transient ischemic attacks, Endolymphatic sac tumor, and Chronic subjective dizziness will be excluded based on the clinical features and MRI brain [if indicated].
2.Pregnant women.
3.Persons addicted to narcotic substances.
