1. HIV antibody (+) was confirmed by Western Blot.
2. Met the diagnostic criteria for insomnia of the American psychiatric association (APA), and 8 points insomnia severity index score;
3. Aged 18-70 years;
4. Subjects will voluntarily sign the informed consent.
1. Suffering from mental disorders, including severe schizophrenia, depression, etc.;
2. Serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases;
3. Alcohol abusers or drug addicts;
4. Anemia (HB<8.0g/dl), platelet count <60000/ul and neutrophil count <1000/ul;
5. Pregnant or lactating women, or women preparing for pregnancy;
6. Patients in the auricular point group and the simulation group were given sedative and hypnotic drugs, antipsychotic drugs, antibiotics, glucocorticoids and other drugs within nearly 2 weeks. In the estazolam group, other sedative and sleeping pills except estazolam tablets were taken in the past 2 weeks.
7. The subject fails to return visit or visit on time and has poor compliance.
