Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients consistent with the diagnosis of pregnancy nausea and vomiting 2.Age: 18 to 40 years old; 3. Patients who has positive urine pregnancy test4. Patients with intrauterine pregnancy showed by B ultrasound5.Patients with 7 to 14 weeks of gestation.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who had a history of severe nausea and vomiting before pregnancy2. Patients with gastroenteritis, biliary tract infection, hepatitis, appendicitis and other diseases3. Patients with serious systemic diseases, such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, etc4.Patients allergy to test drug or tool.

Name Time Method Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis and Nausea,(PUQE) 7 days PUQE scale is divided into three dimensions, namely nausea, vomiting and retching.
