Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with varying degrees of LV systolic dysfunction, defined as LVEF less than 50 percent.
- •Newly diagnosed LV systolic dysfunction or previously diagnosed LV systolic dysfunction
- •(irrespective of therapy initiated)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not willing to give consent
- •Poor echogenic window
