(1) Rotational ankle fracture (2) skeletal maturity (3) Patients who agree with informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria
(1) Ipsilateral combined fracture (2) prior history for sugery on injured limb (3) open fracture, infection (4) prior arthritic change of ankle joint (5) skeletal immaturity (6) Severe madical co-mobidity
