Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To assess the ability of bedside lung ultrasound to detect interstitial alveolar syndrome in preeclamptic women with severe features admitted for delivery.Timepoint: at admission, before delivery and within 24 hours after delivery
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The secondary objectives will include association ,if any, with

1. Clinical features of acute breathlessness, tachypnea, respiratory compromise

2. Rapidity of rise in blood pressure over preceding week

3. Change in biochemical parameters

4. Any other secondary features having multisystem involvement

5. To correlate echocardiography finding with lung sonography B-lines (To rule out cardiac diseases)

Timepoint: during admission period
