(1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for stroke and was confirmed by head CT or MRI;
(2) 45 years old <= age <= 75 years old;
(3) Patients whose cognitive dysfunction were identified by MMSE and MoCA; MMSE<27, MoCA<26;
(4) Duration within 6 months of stroke;
(5) Patients with stable condition and conscious consciousness;
(6) The informed consent were signed by the patients or signed by their immediate family members.
(1) Patients with severe visual or hearing impairment, mental disorder and other factors that affect cognitive examinations;
(2) Patients with obvious mental retardation and dementia before onset;
(3) Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney failure, malignant tumors, gastrointestinal bleeding and other diseases;
(4) Pregnant and lactating women;
(5) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials affecting the evaluation of the results of this study.
