Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA 1&2 physical status scheduled for elective spine surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1.Refusal to give consent
2.contraindication to study drug
3.History or family history of malignant hyperthermia
4.ASA physical status 3 or higher were excluded
5.patients having history of convulsions meningitis infections anaemia or any cardiac hepatic renal neuromuscular disease respiratory system disease.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare opioid free anaesthesia technique with opioid based anaesthesia on perioperative pain relief. Intraoperative pain will be assessed using hemodynamic parameters from the time of induction till end of surgery. <br/ ><br>Postoperative pain will be assessed using 0 to 10 visual analogue score at every hour over 24 hoursTimepoint: Haemodynamic parameters before induction,after induction & after intubation,every 15minutes till theend of surgery
