Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •The inclusion criteria were: age equal to or greater than 50 years; not practicing systematic training in the last 6 months and; have medical clearance for physical exercise.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Individuals were excluded if any disease that could be aggravated by training; muscle or joint limitations; did not reach 85% of the total number of planned sessions.
