Inclusion Criteria
1. Frontal and occipital headache.
2. Neck pain not associated with fever.
3. Dizziness.
4. Nausea.
5. Spinal needle Quinckes number 26 gauge.
6. PDPH occur within 5 days after dural puncture.
7. ASA Physical status1 and 2 (American Society of Anesthesiologists)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal
2. Known case of neurological diseases.
3. History of head injury.
4. Migraine and Sinusitis.
5. Known case of epilepsy.
6. Post spinal meningitis.
7. Patient having any spinal deformity.

Name Time Method To evaluate the efficacy of Vacha Taila Nasya in pain management of Post Dural Puncture Headache (PDPH) by VAS scale.Timepoint: Vacha Taila Nasya will be done on 1st to 3rd day. <br/ ><br>Assessment and follow-up on 1st, 2nd and 3rd day. <br/ ><br>Total duration of study will be 3 days.
