Inclusion Criteria
All adults more than or equal to 18 yrs of age undergoing flexible bronchoscopy
Exclusion Criteria
1) Uncontrolled hypertension SBP >180 mm Hg
2) Symptomatic coronary artery disease
3) Pregnancy
4) Not giving informed consent for the procedure
5) Hypoxemia (oxygen saturation [by pulse
oximetry] less than 92% with Fio2 ofmore than or equal to 0.3
6) Bronchoscopy performed through an artificial airway
