- •ASA I to III patients undergoing general anaesthesia with endotracheal tube
- •Procedures of duration at least 90 minutes
排除标准
- •Chronic lung conditions
- •Age between 40 and 65 years
- •Laparoscopic surgeries, Upper abdominal surgery, Thoracic surgery
- •BMI more than 35 kg per m2
- •CAD with EF less than 45 %
- •Patients with glaucoma, increased intracranial pressures
- •Anticipated difficult airway, reactive airway
- •Post-induction hemodynamic instability
