Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged 18\-35 years 2\. Lean adult include: with a BMI of 18\.5\-23\.5 kg/m2, body fat percent between 12\-22%, waist circumference \<90cm; obese adult include: with a BMI\>27\.5 kg/m2, body fat percent \> 27%, waist circumference \>90cm. 3\. Men 4\. Signing the Written informed consent 5\. willing to undertake required fasting durations
