入选标准
- •1.Consenting adult patients undergoing endoscopic trans nasal trans-sphenoidal pituitary invasive adenomas and non- invasive pituitary adenomas at Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology.
- •2. Age 18-60 years
- •3.ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) class 1 and 2
- •4.GCS 15/15 prior to the surgery
排除标准
- •1 .Patient refusal
- •2. Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years
- •3. Emergency surgery
- •4. Patients with previous history of stroke, transient ischemic attacks .
- •5. ASA class 3,4,5 patients
- •6.Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage, vasospasm
- •7.Pregnant and lactating mothers
- •8.Transcranial surgery.
