Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
1.To assess the utility of TCD in detecting vasospasm following endoscopic trans nasal surgeries for invasive pituitary adenoma & non-invasive pituitary adenoma.

2. To clinically correlate between the TCD flow velocities & neurological complications like altered mental status, motor deficits, seizures, diabetes insipidus, CT scan evidence of infarcts or SAH.

3 .To assess the risk factors for development of vasospam & neurological deficits in this subset of patients.Timepoint: TCD will be done before induction ,within 24hours of surgery, post operative day 3 & before discharge.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Incidental findings are notified to surgeons & further management will be as per surgeons.Timepoint: During post operative days
