- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To see the effect of VCV(Volume controlled ventilation) mode of ventilation and PCV(Pressure controlled ventilation) mode of ventilation on endotracheal tube cuff pressure in gynecological surgeries(Trendelenburg position)Timepoint: To see the effect of VCV(Volume controlled ventilation) mode of ventilation and PCV(Pressure controlled ventilation) mode of ventilation on endotracheal tube cuff pressure during baseline, at creation of pneumoperitoneum, every 5 minutes until 20 minutes and every 20 minutes upto 1 hour from baseline
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To compare change in endotracheal cuff pressure during volume controlled and pressure controlled mode of ventilation intraoperatively.

2. To study Ppeak, Pmean, compliance in all patients.

Timepoint: To study the above parameters for an hour every 5 minutes for 20 minutes and every 20 minutes upto one hour.
