Inclusion Criteria
1)Age group between 18 - 40 years
2)ASA physical status 2
3)Patients undergoing elective caesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
1)Unwilling patient
2)Emergency caesarean section
3)Coagulopathies
4)Patients with spinal deformity
5)Patient with history of spinal surgery
6)Patients who are allergic to the LA test doses
7)Patients with comorbidities like severe AS
8)Patients with psychiatric problems
9)Physical status more than ASA-3
