Informed written consent for participation in
study.
Age: 20 to 80 years.
Gender: Either gender.
Patients scheduled for elective lower limb
surgeries
ASA physical status I, II
Patient refusal
Chronic illness e.g. ischemic heart disease,
diabetes mellitus, bronchial asthma,
bronchitis, sinusitis.
Chronic headache like : Migraine
Hypertension.
Previously operated under spinal anaesthesia
with past history of PDPH.
Patients with multiple dural punctures during
procedure.
Patients having Physical status higher than
ASA â?? II
Patients having any spinal deformity.
Patients having contraindication of spinal
anaesthesia.
Age < 20 and >80 years
Bleeding disorders
