Inclusion Criteria
1 ASA physical state II
2 Elective and emergency surgery
3 Age 18-45 years
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients refusal
2 Pregnancy induced hypertension, Eclampsia
3 Neurological deficit
4 K/c/o Migraine or any other headache
5 Patient is on analgesic medication
6 Altered anatomy of spine (Lordosis, Scoliosis)
7 Local site infection
8 Bleeding disorder
9 Obese Patient (BMI > 35)
10 More than 1 attempt taken for SAB
