1.Patients of age 60 years and above
2.Patients with stage I and stage II hypertension with or without comorbidities like Diabetes Mellitus,chronic Ischemic Heart Disease,dyslipidemias,chronic rheumatism and any other chronic conditions not included under the exclusion criteria.
3.Able to manage taking medications.
4.Able to read, write, and converse in English/Kannada.
5.Patients willing to come for follow up
1.Patients with renal failure,acute Stroke,acute Ischemic Heart
Disease,major psychiatric disorders,severe dementia or delirium.
2.Patients with baseline systolic BP 180mmHg and diastolic BP 110mmHg
