Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Women having primary dysmenorrhoea
  • 2\. Women with the age group between 18 to 25
  • 3\. Subjects willing to co\-operate

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Subjects having irregular menstrual cycle
  • 2\. Subjects who are differently abled
  • 3\. Subjects performing any kind of slow
  • intensity exercise such as yoga and or
  • moderate or high intensity exercise such
  • as aerobics
