- •1\. Women having primary dysmenorrhoea
- •2\. Women with the age group between 18 to 25
- •3\. Subjects willing to co\-operate
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subjects having irregular menstrual cycle
- •2\. Subjects who are differently abled
- •3\. Subjects performing any kind of slow
- •intensity exercise such as yoga and or
- •moderate or high intensity exercise such
- •as aerobics
