Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Women having primary dysmenorrhoea
  • •2\. Women with the age group between 18 to 25
  • •3\. Subjects willing to co\-operate

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Subjects having irregular menstrual cycle
  • •2\. Subjects who are differently abled
  • •3\. Subjects performing any kind of slow
  • •intensity exercise such as yoga and or
  • •moderate or high intensity exercise such
  • •as aerobics
