Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Both male and female students.
  • •2\. Age group 19\- 25 years.
  • •3\. Students with tight hamstrings (hamstring tightness of more than 30 degree.
  • •4\. Students who are willing to participate.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Acute or chronic low back pain.
  • •2\. Acute or chronic hamstring injury.
  • •3\. Soft tissue injuries around knee.
  • •4\. Recent fracture in lower extremity.
  • •5\. History of bronchial asthma
