- •Seniors aged 65 and over residing in the community who are registered with the Silver Human Resources Center
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of cerebrovascular, musculoskeletal disease, heart disease, and so on.
- •Ankle pain or limited range of motion.
- •Cognitive impairment.
